General FAQs

How quickly can I get in to see an attorney?
Our office will work with you to find a time that is convenient for you to meet with an attorney and assess your legal needs. If the circumstances warrant it, an attorney will meet with you the same day.

If you are or a family member is in the hospital or at home and unable to travel, we will go to the hospital or to your home to meet with you.

Will my attorney have regular contact with me throughout the legal process?
Our attorneys work hard to build strong relationships with our clients. We encourage all of our clients to seek out their assigned attorney for any questions or concerns they have throughout the legal process. We pride ourselves on being available to answer all of our clients' legal needs.

Lucas, Denning and Ellerbe, P.A. provides every client with copies of all correspondence related to his/her case coming in and out of our office. The firm also requires employees to return phone calls promptly.

If I have to go to court, will my attorney prepare me for what to expect?
Every client is prepared by his or her attorney prior to their scheduled court date. All questions and concerns will be addressed prior to attending court.

Other than my attorney, is there staff that I can have regular contact with?
We have trained, professional staff members ready to serve and answer your questions. They are available by phone and e-mail and will maintain regular contact with you.
